Telemedicine occupational examinations (telediagnosis) lack evidence of accuracy compared to in-person exams. Currently, there is no scientific support to recommend occupational telediagnosis for workplace health assessments.

- There is currently no evidence to support the accuracy or efficacy of telemedicine occupational examinations.
- The use of occupational telediagnosis cannot be recommended due to a lack of supporting scientific evidence.
