Abstract:
Immune thrombocytopenia refractory to multiple thrombopoietin receptor agonists remains a challenging clinical problem. This commentary discusses and contextualizes the recent report on this entity from Moulis and colleagues, and how to move forward with these patients. Commentary on: Moulis et al.
