Bilateral versus unilateral upper limb training in (sub)acute stroke: A systematic and meta-analysis

Bilateral upper limb training significantly improves arm function and daily activity independence in stroke survivors compared to unilateral training. This approach is superior for enhancing recovery in the early stages post-stroke.
