[Diagnosis and treatment of postvagotomy and postresection disorders in peptic ulcer]

The authors have observed 361 patients with postresection syndromes and 61 patients with postvagotomy disorders. A considerable part of the patients had a combination of different disorders detected mainly by special methods of examination. Individual surgical tactics for recurrent ulcers, evacuatory disorders and dumping-syndrome gave positive results in most of 182 reoperated patients.
