Persistent immune abnormalities discriminate post-COVID syndrome from convalescence

Post-COVID syndrome (PCS) patients exhibit altered innate lymphoid cells (ILCs), with increased ILC precursors and decreased ILC2s. These immune changes may offer biomarkers for PCS and guide therapeutic strategies.
