Patterns of human and bots behaviour on Twitter conversations about sustainability

This study analyzed sustainability discussions on Twitter, differentiating between human and bot accounts. Findings reveal positive sentiment in most messages, with bots posting more neutral content and distinct keyword usage patterns.
