Summary
Targeted screening for transthyretin-type cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR-CA) in patients with aortic stenosis (AS) and amyloid red flags did not increase detection rates. This strategy is not superior to previous methods for identifying ATTR-CA in AS patients.
