To evaluate the impact of an intelligent dispatch strategy on reducing service delays.
To enhance the efficiency of hospital internal dispatch operations.

Utilized dispatch data from a Taiwanese healthcare center (Jan 2020 - Dec 2020).
Constructed a decision-making model for resource allocation.
