Loss of or decrease in CD30 expression in four patients with anaplastic large cell lymphoma after brentuximab

Summary

Brentuximab vedotin (BV) therapy led to CD30 expression loss or decrease in 44% of anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) patients, but not in classic Hodgkin lymphoma (CHL) patients. Higher BV doses and lower initial CD30 levels predicted this loss in ALCL.
