Summary

PRAME immunohistochemistry (IHC) is a cost-effective first-line tool for diagnosing ambiguous melanocytic tumors, showing high accuracy comparable to gene expression profiling (GEP). This PRAME IHC test supports definitive diagnoses in most challenging cases.
