Background:

  • Systemic Sclerosis (SSc) is characterized by specific autoantibodies, including anti-topoisomerase-1 antibodies (ATA).
  • ATA detection is valuable for predicting SSc prognosis.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the relationship between ATA levels and disease severity at diagnosis in SSc patients.
