Background:

Angular pregnancy is a rare implantation site located medially to the uterotubal junction.
It poses significant risks including uterine rupture, hemorrhage, and hysterectomy.

Observation:

This case involves a primigravida diagnosed with angular pregnancy.
The patient chose hysteroscopic-guided evacuation after an unsuccessful pregnancy.

Findings:

Angular pregnancies, though rare, can progress but have higher complication rates.
Distinguishing angular from interstitial and cornual pregnancies is vital for appropriate management.

Implications:

Accurate differentiation of angular pregnancy is critical for risk assessment and treatment.
Hysteroscopic guidance offers a management option for specific cases of angular pregnancy.
