Pregnancy in multiple sclerosis (MS) alters immune cells, with Eomesodermin-positive T-helper (Eomes+ Th) cells correlating with postpartum disability. These findings suggest a primed inflammatory state during late pregnancy contributes to postpartum MS progression.
