Summary

Normal myocardial blood flow (MBF) values were established using dynamic myocardial computed tomography (CT) perfusion (DM-CTP) in healthy individuals. These MBF values show regional differences but are not affected by age or sex, aiding in diagnosing coronary artery disease.
