99m Tc-HYNIC-FAPI-46 SPECT/CT Uptake in Lactating Breasts

This study reports a novel finding of physiologic breast uptake in 99m Tc-HYNIC-FAPI-46 imaging for a patient with medullary thyroid carcinoma. This observation may be linked to recent lactation, a phenomenon not previously documented in this imaging modality.
