A fixed-dose combination of telmisartan, amlodipine, and rosuvastatin (TEL/ALD/RSV) effectively lowered blood pressure and LDL-C in patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia compared to amlodipine/atorvastatin. No significant safety concerns were observed.
