Differences in Guttae Ultramorphology in Relation to Visual Function in Fuchs Endothelial Corneal Dystrophy

In Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy (FECD), guttae buried in the posterior fibrillar zone (PFZ) indicate clinically visible edema. Guttae ultramorphology does not correlate with visual function in FECD patients.
