Associations between Vitamin D Status and Polysomnographic Parameters in Adults with Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Vitamin D deficiency is linked to severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Low vitamin D levels increase the odds of severe OSA, especially in older adults and those with obesity, suggesting vitamin D status is important for OSA management.
