Fractional intradermal (ID) vaccination with viral vector or mRNA vaccines effectively stimulates T cell immunity. Intradermal ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccination induced superior CD8+ T cell responses compared to intramuscular delivery, suggesting ID could improve vaccine programs.
