Summary

Researchers identified altered gene expression in Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients. Decreased crystallin mu (CRYM) and increased sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin 10 (SIGLEC10) in blood may serve as early AD biomarkers.
