A new endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) technique using a 19-G Franseen needle for EUS-guided choledochoduodenostomy (EUS-CDS) achieved 100% technical success. This simplified method avoids tract dilation and adverse events, showing promise for primary drainage.
