Cerebrospinal fluid Chitinase 3-like 1 levels may predict early disease activity in relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients treated with cladribine. This biomarker could help personalize treatment strategies for RRMS.

- This finding may aid in tailoring cladribine therapy for individual RRMS patients.
