Fusing Peptide Epitopes for Advanced Multiplex Serological Testing for SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Detection

Monitoring antibody responses to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is crucial. A new peptide-based multiplex assay using fusion-epitope peptides (FEPs) shows higher sensitivity and specificity for detecting SARS-CoV-2 antibodies.
