Spatially fractionated radiation therapy (SFRT) is an accepted treatment for bulky tumors, with common palliative and curative approaches. However, SFRT-conventional external beam radiation therapy (cERT) sequencing and dosimetric parameter use show variability, indicating a need for standardization and further research.
