Effect of Sevoflurane Anesthesia on Diastolic Function: A Prospective Observational Study

- Diastolic function parameters remained unchanged in patients with normal diastolic function under sevoflurane anesthesia.
- These findings suggest a potential benefit of sevoflurane in managing diastolic dysfunction during anesthesia.
