Do postoperative hemodynamic parameters add prognostic value for mortality after surgical aortic valve replacement?

Postoperative hemodynamic parameters do not significantly improve mortality prediction after aortic valve replacement when adjusted for the Society of Thoracic Surgeons predicted risk of mortality (STS PROM). STS PROM remains the primary predictor of patient outcomes.
