Background:
- Dedifferentiation occurs in approximately 10% of atypical lipomatous tumors/well-differentiated liposarcomas (ALT/WDLPS), primarily in deep-seated locations, conferring metastatic potential.

Purpose of the Study:
- To investigate the clinical characteristics and outcomes of primary superficial dedifferentiated liposarcoma (sDDLPS).
