Decade-long WT1-specific CTLs induced by WT1 peptide vaccination

Wilms' tumor 1 (WT1) peptide vaccination generates long-lasting cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients. These WT1-specific CD8+ T cells persist for over a decade, demonstrating sustained anti-cancer immunity.
