Insulin autoimmunity associated with vitiligo: a rare case presentation

Insulin autoantibody syndrome (IAS), also known as Hirata's disease, is a rare autoimmune condition. This report details the first documented case of IAS associated with vitiligo, expanding the known clinical spectrum of Hirata's disease.
