Current inventory processes often lack efficiency and data integrity.
Leveraging information technology is crucial for optimizing educational inventory systems.

Purpose of the Study:

To enhance inventory management processes in educational institutions.
To optimize efficiency and ensure data integrity and reliability using information technology.
To develop a tailored web-based system for educational inventory needs.

Main Methods:

A five-phase methodology was employed to develop a web-based inventory optimization system.
Phases included requirements analysis, planning, implementation using information technology, system review, and deployment.
The system was designed to address multiple data sources and team collaboration requirements.

Main Results:

An 85.51% increase in goods search efficiency and a 90.31% enhancement in goods registration accuracy were achieved.
Annual goods report generation improved by 83.11%, simplifying reporting and inventory visibility.
Overall inventory process efficiency improved by 86.31%, boosting staff collaboration and data reliability.

Conclusions:

The developed web-based system effectively optimizes inventory management in educational settings.
Information technology integration significantly improves efficiency, data integrity, and collaboration.
