Does the Difference in Axial Length Affect the Refractive Outcome?

This study found no significant difference in refractive outcomes after phacoemulsification surgery based on axial length (AL) when using the SRK2 formula. Therefore, adjustments to targeted refractive outcomes are not necessary for varying ALs.
