    Summary

    Malignant haemoblastoses frequently infiltrate the pituitary gland, particularly lymphoblastic leukaemia and non-Hodgkin lymphomas. These infiltrates can manifest clinically, even during remission, suggesting complex development mechanisms.

    Context:

    • Malignant haemoblastoses, a group of blood cancers, can affect various organs.

    • Infiltrates were most common in the capsule (55.2%) and anterior/posterior lobes (21.1%).
    • Findings support local infiltrate formation, evidenced by hematopoietic cells near the pituitary and late clinical onset.
