  • Retrospective chart review of patients undergoing primary midline perineal urethrostomy (May 2008 - June 2022).
  • Success defined as freedom from re-intervention.
  • Cross-sectional phone survey using validated questionnaires for lower urinary tract symptoms, quality of life, and erectile dysfunction.

  • 103 patients underwent midline perineal urethrostomy (5.8% of total urethroplasties).
  • Surgical success rate was 95.1% with low complication rates (5.8%).
