Summary

The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) effectively differentiates acute coronary syndromes (ACS) and predicts major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). Higher NLR indicates increased risk in ACS patients, particularly those with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.
