• To develop a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) based API for network calls to the Eclipse TPS.

Main Methods:

• Implemented the Eclipse Web Service API (EWSAPI) using C# and ASP.NET Core 6.0, guided by Vertical Slice Architecture.
• Designed operations with Request, Endpoint, and Response components, utilizing JSON for data exchange.
• Developed operations layer by layer, referencing clinical business classifications and adhering to Eclipse Scripting API (ESAPI) constraints when necessary.

Main Results:

• Encapsulated key Eclipse TPS features into standard, network-invocable web services.
• Extended Eclipse functionality by creating interfaces for data quality control and planning processes.
• EWSAPI currently supports service interface testing, data quality control, automated plan design, and DICOM RT file transmission, with all interfaces supporting asynchronous invocation.
