Background:

Eosinophilic enteritis is a rare inflammatory disorder.
It involves eosinophilic infiltration of the gastrointestinal tract.

Observation:

This case report details a unique presentation of eosinophilic enteritis causing recurrent small bowel obstruction.
Diagnosis was challenging, even with extensive abdominal imaging.

Findings:

Histopathologic examination of a full-thickness bowel segment was crucial for diagnosis.
Extensive eosinophilic infiltration in the muscularis propria confirmed the condition.

Implications:

Eosinophilic enteritis presents diagnostic complexities.
It should be considered in cases of unexplained recurrent abdominal pain and small bowel obstruction.
