Summary

The systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) is positively correlated with psoriasis risk. Elevated SII levels indicate a higher likelihood of developing psoriasis, particularly in women and those with higher BMI.

  • To investigate the association between the systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) and psoriasis.

  • Cross-sectional study using NHANES data (2009-2014).
  • Multivariate linear regression and subgroup analyses were employed.
  • 17,913 participants were included in the analysis.
