Summary

The transperineal biopsy (TPBx) approach for prostate cancer detection shows higher rates of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) compared to the transrectal biopsy (TRBx). This study supports TPBx as a superior method for identifying aggressive prostate cancer.
