Summary

Concurrent hyperthyroidism and hypoparathyroidism is rare but can cause brain calcifications and seizures. Prompt treatment of hypoparathyroidism with calcium and vitamin D, alongside antithyroid agents, resolved seizures and symptoms in a rare case.
