Immersive virtual reality (iVR) hip arthroscopy training showed similar skill acquisition to non-immersive virtual reality (non-iVR) but at a significantly higher cost. iVR training offers comparable effectiveness and may be a beneficial, affordable option for future hip arthroscopy education.
