Prognostic Nutritional Index (PNI) may predict outcomes in extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) patients receiving chemoimmunotherapy. A high PNI correlated with better survival and immune-related adverse events, suggesting its potential as a predictive marker.

- Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), advanced lung cancer inflammation index (ALI), and prognostic nutritional index (PNI) are potential prognostic factors in various cancers but their role in SCLC is unclear.
