Summary

CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) is highly expressed in Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms Grade 3 (GEP-NENs G3) tumors, particularly in neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) compared to neuroendocrine tumor (NET) G3. While CXCR4 shows differential expression, it did not correlate with patient prognosis in this study.
