Developing a Program Costs Checklist of Digital Health Interventions: A Scoping Review and Empirical Case Study

A new checklist for digital health intervention costs improves transparency and comparability. Applying it to the Mamma Mia DHI revealed blended care models are more expensive than self-guided ones.
