Summary

Remote ear-nose-throat (ENT) specialist assessments (RESA) effectively screen complicated hearing loss. Both private ENT specialists and medical audiologists demonstrated high consistency and uniformity in RESA, improving timely diagnosis for hearing-impaired patients.
