Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To retrospectively analyze cases of giant cSCCs to better understand their clinical presentation, risk factors, and treatment outcomes.

  • Giant cSCCs present unique challenges due to their size and aggressive nature, often presenting at advanced stages.
  • Early detection and prevention of risk factors like UV exposure are crucial.
  • A multidisciplinary approach incorporating surgical excision and potentially novel therapies like immunotherapy is essential for managing these rare tumors.
