Risk Factors for Higher Postoperative Myocardial Injury in Minimally Invasive Mitral Valve Surgery Patients: A Cohort

Postoperative myocardial injury is common after minimally invasive mitral valve surgery. Prolonged aortic cross-clamp time and higher NYHA class increase risk, while robotic-assisted surgery reduces it.
