Background:

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease affecting the central nervous system.
Onset typically occurs between ages 20-30, with higher prevalence in females.
Puerperium is a potential trigger factor for MS exacerbation or onset.

Observation:

A 29-year-old breastfeeding woman presented with diverse neurological symptoms including vertigo, blurred vision, and lower limb weakness.
Initial presentation complicated by anxiety history and varied symptoms, delaying diagnosis.
MRI revealed demyelinating lesions suggestive of MS.

Findings:

Clinical and imaging findings strongly indicated multiple sclerosis (MS).
A conservative management approach was adopted.
