Background:

Traditional e-commerce struggles with unstructured, personalized service demands, especially for disadvantaged groups.
Existing models lack tailor-made abilities to describe, explain, and understand unique service needs.
This gap limits the exploration and fulfillment of personalized, high-quality, and urgent service requirements.

Purpose of the Study:

To propose the innovative concept of "integrated services on demand".
To develop the C2B2C2B2C-based "Qbnb" e-commerce mode, its operational mechanism, and platform architecture.
To demonstrate Qbnb's effectiveness in meeting the e-commerce service demands of disadvantaged groups.

Main Methods:

Conceptualization of "integrated services on demand".
Development of a C2B2C2B2C e-commerce model named "Qbnb".
Exploratory operation training and analysis of the Qbnb platform architecture and mechanism.

Main Results:

Qbnb effectively centralizes and allocates idle social surplus service capacity.
The model successfully caters to the specific needs of disadvantaged groups in e-commerce.
