Increasing Health Behaviors and Psychological Measures with an Adapted Version of the ACCELERATION Program

The adapted ACCELERATION lifestyle program significantly increased physical activity and fruit/vegetable intake in Brazilians. This intervention shows promise for reducing chronic disease risk factors in this population.
