This case highlights a rare presentation of Polyarteritis Nodosa (PAN) causing an acute abdomen due to arterial aneurysm rupture. Prompt diagnosis and treatment with splenic artery embolization and immunosuppression (cyclophosphamide and steroids) led to a successful outcome.
